A lead-tellurium-lithium-titanium-oxide glass composition is useful as a component of the conductive silver paste. P-containing and V-containing lead-tellurium-lithium-titanium-oxide glass compositions are particularly useful. A conductive silver via paste comprising granular conductive silver and any of the lead-tellurium-lithium-titanium-oxide glass compositions of the present invention provides a metallized portion of the silicon wafer pores of an MWT solar cell. Can be used. The result is a metal electrically conductive via between the collector line on the front side of the solar cell and the emitter electrode on the back side. The paste can also be used to form a collector line on the front surface of the solar cell and an emitter electrode on the back surface of the solar cell. |
