abstract |
The present invention generally relates to immunogenic compositions comprising an HIV RNA component and an HIV polypeptide component. The antigenic epitope is divided into two different forms: a first epitope derived from human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) and in a form encoded by RNA; and a second epitope derived from HIV comprising poly Immunogenic compositions that deliver (epitope in peptide form) are effective in inducing an immune response against HIV. The present invention also relates to a kit comprising a priming composition based on HIV RNA and a boosting composition based on HIV polypeptide. The kit can be used for the sequential administration of the priming composition and the boosting composition. |
