Disclosed are systems and methods for analyzing a seemingly random path, pattern, network, or series of events and characterizing the seemingly random path, pattern, network, or series of events by a constructal analysis. The resulting statistical value can be used to compare the seemingly random path, pattern, network, or series of events with another seemingly random path, pattern, network, or series of events. The comparison provides information about the seemingly random path, pattern, network, or series of events as well as information about the proximity or periphery of the seemingly random path, pattern, network, or series of events. |
