titleOfInvention Crystalline compound of androstane-3β, 5α, 6β-triol and process for producing the same
abstract The present invention relates to four types of crystalline compounds of androstane-3β, 5α, 6β-triol (abbreviated as YC-6) (ie, A crystal form YC-6, B crystal form YC-6, C crystal form YC). -6, D crystal form YC-6) and methods for their preparation. These four types of crystalline compounds are characterized by having significant differences between parameters such as lattice constant, 2θ of X-ray powder diffraction and intensity, melting point. Research on the crystal polymorphism of androstane-3β, 5α, 6β-triol has important implications for further studies of its medicinal properties, bioavailability, and stability. [Selection] Figure 1
