titleOfInvention Reinforced phenol foam board
abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reinforced phenol foam board more suitable as an external heat insulating building material requiring high rigidity because it has a good flexural modulus as well as a simple manufacturing process. The present invention relates to a reinforced phenolic foam board. This takes the form of a plate having a certain thickness and includes a honeycomb flat plate having a honeycomb structure and a phenol foam layer bonded and fixed to one or both sides of the honeycomb flat plate. Features. The reinforced phenol foam board of the present invention configured as described above is a method of assembling and configuring parts that have been completed in advance. Since it is hollow, its density is low, heat insulation performance and fire resistance are excellent, and since its flexural modulus is good, it is more suitable as an external heat insulating building material requiring high rigidity.
