abstract |
The present invention relates to a test system for measuring the activity of a neurotoxin polypeptide. Specifically, the present invention provides (i) a LuxB subunit, (ii) a linker containing a neurotoxin cleavage site, and (iii) a polynucleotide encoding a single-stranded luciferase fusion polypeptide comprising a LuxA subunit and the above And the polypeptide encoded by the polynucleotide.
