abstract |
The present invention relates to a reagent composition for quantitative analysis of hemoglobin A1c using an enzymatic method. The hemolytic reagent composition according to the present invention containing an amphoteric surfactant and a nitrite compound only significantly increases the rate of hemolysis using the amphoteric surfactant so as to improve the reaction sensitivity and reaction rate of hemoglobin A1c. Instead, it induces the hemolyzed and extracted hemoglobin N-terminal β chain to be exposed outside the hemoglobin molecule, helping as many molecules as possible to participate in the reaction, and using nitrite compounds By flexibly converting the protein structure of hemoglobin, the proteolytic enzyme promotes cleavage of the N-terminal β chain amino acid sequence of hemoglobin, greatly reducing the overall measurement time and improving the accuracy of the measurement results. |
