A polymer solar cell (100) and a method for producing the polymer solar cell are provided. A solar cell (100) includes a conductive anode substrate 10, a hole buffer layer 20, an active polymer layer 30, an electron transport layer 40, and a cathode 50. The material of the electron transport layer 40 is a cesium salt. It is an electron transport material into which metal particles are topped. The solar cell (100) increases the speed of electron transport and reduces the potential barrier between the electron transport layer 40 and the cathode 50. |
