titleOfInvention | Polymer solar cell and manufacturing method thereof |
abstract | The present invention relates to a polymer solar cell and a method for producing the polymer solar cell. A polymer solar cell is formed by sequentially laminating an anode conductive substrate, a hole buffer layer, an active polymer layer, an electron buffer layer, and a cathode. The hole buffer layer includes a metal compound host and a metal compound host. Wherein the metal compound host is made of a material selected from zinc oxide, zinc sulfide, and cadmium sulfide, and the doped guest agent is Li 2 CO 3 , LiO, LiF, LiCl, and It is made of a material selected from LiBr. By doping the metal compound host with a lithium compound having fewer electrons, a p-type doped layer useful for hole transport is formed in the polymer solar cell. The doped guest agent and the metal compound host are stable, do not corrode the anode conductive substrate, are advantageous for future industrial production, and can effectively increase the energy conversion efficiency of the polymer solar cell. |
