abstract |
Disclosed is a method for producing a polycarbonate, which can efficiently dry polycarbonate powder and does not deteriorate the quality of the obtained polycarbonate molded product. A process for producing an organic solvent solution containing polycarbonate by reacting an alkaline aqueous solution of dihydric phenol and phosgene in the presence of an organic solvent, and obtaining a polycarbonate powder by pulverizing the organic solvent solution containing polycarbonate. In a method for producing a polycarbonate having a pulverization step and a previous drying step for removing the remaining organic solvent by drying the polycarbonate powder, the drying temperature in the previous drying step is set to 1.5 mass of the organic solvent. It is the manufacturing method of a polycarbonate made into 5-15 degreeC temperature lower than the glass transition temperature of the polycarbonate containing%. [Selection figure] None |
