titleOfInvention | Laminated film and transparent substrate |
abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new laminated film which is excellent in thermal dimensional stability at high temperature, has high smoothness on at least one film surface and can suppress warping of the film. A laminated film having a heat resistant resin layer A on one surface side and a heat resistant resin layer B on the other surface side of the base film, the heat resistant resin layer A having an average particle diameter of 1 nm. A cured resin layer containing fine particles in a range of ˜200 nm in a proportion of 40% by volume to 70% by volume in the layer and having a thickness of 4% to 15% of the thickness of the base film, The heat-resistant resin layer B located on the opposite side of the heat-resistant resin layer A through the film contains 10% by volume or less of fine particles containing no fine particles or having an average particle diameter in the range of 1 nm to 200 nm. A laminated film characterized by being a cured resin layer that is contained in a proportion and has a thickness of 200% to 400% of the thickness of the heat-resistant resin layer A is proposed.
