abstract To provide diagnosis support information in consideration of the state of blood flow accompanying respiration. An imaging apparatus (1) acquires a plurality of frame images showing dynamics of a chest in a respiratory state and showing the dynamics of the chest. The arithmetic device 4 determines one reference image from the acquired plurality of frame images, extracts a lung field region from the reference image, divides the extracted lung field region into a plurality of small regions. In other frame images of the plurality of frame images, small regions corresponding to the plurality of small regions of the reference image are calculated. The computing device 4 performs image analysis for each corresponding small region in the plurality of frame images, and determines whether or not the blood flow state is abnormal for each small region.
