abstract |
Provided are a novel pretreatment method for a biological sample containing an enantiomer of lenalidomide, and a simple and accurate quantitative analysis method for the enantiomer of lenalidomide. The protein is deproteinized under acidic conditions to prevent racemization and degradation of lenalidomide enantiomers in biological samples. The prepared sample is optically resolved using HPLC.
