abstract | A detection signal indicating a physical quantity is latched correctly. A temperature sensor 52 that outputs a detection signal TEMPOP, a first latch circuit 61 that latches the detection signal TEMPOP in response to deactivation of a state signal TSREADY, and a first latch circuit that responds to a control signal MMRR1. A second latch circuit 62 that latches the detection signal T1 ′ held in 61, and an output control circuit 53 connected to the first and second latch circuits 61 and 62. The output control circuit 53 outputs the detection signal T2 latched by the second latch circuit 62 when receiving the control signal MMRR1 during the activation period of the state signal TSREADY, and the control signal MMRR1 during the inactivation period of the state signal TSREADY. When the signal is received, the detection signal T1 held in the first latch circuit 61 is output. Thereby, the detection signal T3 output from the output control circuit 53 can be correctly latched.
