abstract |
The present invention provides a radiation detector having higher resolution in energy and timing than in the past, and a nuclear medicine diagnostic apparatus including the radiation detector. A radiation detector includes a plurality of optical sensors and a scintillator module. The plurality of optical sensors generate electrical signals in response to scintillation light incident from the incident surface. The scintillator module is provided on the incident surface side of the plurality of optical sensors, and includes a plurality of scintillators that generate scintillation light in response to radiation incident from the incident surface, and at least one incident surface of the plurality of scintillators It has a predetermined inclination angle with respect to the bottom surface of one scintillator.
