abstract | Provided is a method for precise analysis of a protein in a cochineal dye. (1) Pretreatment stage A: using a cochineal dye sample as a mobile phase, using dextran and a derivative thereof as a stationary phase and a cross-linked product of one or more polysaccharides selected from agarose and a derivative thereof. Subject to gel filtration using an aqueous solution having a salt concentration of 5 mM or more and a pH in the range of 1.5-9 to recover the eluent that may contain protein. (2) A cochineal dye sample that has undergone the pretreatment stage A is analyzed by a direct adsorption ELISA method. [Selection figure] None |
