titleOfInvention Photoacoustic device
abstract A photoacoustic apparatus capable of reducing the amount of received signal data stored in a memory is provided. A photoacoustic apparatus includes a light source and a receiving element that receives a photoacoustic wave generated by irradiating a subject with light from the light source and outputs a time-series received signal. A signal data acquisition unit 7 that generates and stores reception signal data based on the time series reception signals output from the touch element 2 and the reception element, and a light amount acquisition unit 5 that acquires a light amount at a target position in the subject. And an information acquisition unit 9 that acquires subject information in the subject based on the received signal data stored in the signal data acquisition unit 7, and the signal data acquisition unit 7 has a light amount at a target position as a threshold value. The received signal data is generated and saved by reducing the data amount of the received signal corresponding to the target position among the time-series received signals. [Selection] Figure 1
