abstract |
The light extraction efficiency of a light emitting module is improved. A light emitting module includes an LED element, a substrate on which the LED element is mounted, a die attach that is disposed between the LED element and the substrate, and fixes the LED element to the substrate. An agent layer 16 and a reflective layer 24 disposed between the substrate 14 and the die attach agent layer 16 are provided. The die attach agent layer 16 includes a first wavelength conversion element 21 that converts the wavelength of excitation light emitted from the LED element 12 and emits first converted light.
