Such operation of the heavy machine 14 is suppressed by the operation restriction means 26. Thereby, the contact of the working machine 16 with respect to the contact warning object can be prevented. In addition, since the construction space can be secured up to a range in which the approach detection means 20 detects the approach of the work machine 16 to the contact warning object, the construction work can be performed while preventing the work machine 16 from contacting the bridge girder or the like.
