titleOfInvention | Curable resin composition and printed wiring board and reflector using the same |
abstract | The present invention provides a curable resin composition having a high reflectivity and suppressing light deterioration while being excellent in light diffusibility of a cured product, and a printed wiring board and a reflector having a solder resist formed by using the curable resin composition. about. The diffusion curable resin composition of the present invention is obtained by reacting a carboxyl group-containing (meth) acrylic copolymer resin with a compound having an oxirane ring and an ethylenically unsaturated group in one molecule. Contains at least one of photosensitive carboxyl group-containing resin, photopolymerization initiator, photopolymerizable monomer, titanium oxide surface-treated with silica and alumina, an organic solvent, barium sulfate and talc. The blending amount of at least one of barium sulfate and talc is 1 to 100 parts by mass with respect to 100 parts by mass of the carboxyl group-containing resin. [Selection figure] None |
