titleOfInvention | Photosensitive resin material and resin film |
abstract | A resin film formed using a photosensitive resin material achieves excellent processability while maintaining performance as a permanent film. A photosensitive resin material is a photosensitive resin material used for forming a permanent film, and includes an alkali-soluble resin (A) having a phenolic hydroxyl group and a photosensitive agent (B). In addition, the photosensitive resin material has an iron content of 0.005 ppm or more and 80 ppm or less with respect to the entire nonvolatile component as measured by flameless atomic absorption spectrometry.
