titleOfInvention | Device mounting board and mounting structure |
abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an element mounting board and a mounting structure excellent in electric characteristics. SOLUTION: An element mounting substrate 2, a substrate 21 on which an element 3 is mounted on an upper surface, a notch C1 provided from a side surface of the substrate 21 to a lower surface of the substrate 21, and the inside of the substrate 21 from above the substrate 21. The electrode 22 is formed on the inner surface of the cutout portion C1 and formed from the inside of the substrate 21 to the lower surface of the substrate 21, and the inner surface of the cutout portion C1 has a large opening width when viewed from below. It has a location P1 and a small location P2, and the electrode 22 is formed at the location P1 having a large opening width. [Selection] Figure 7 |
