abstract |
The present invention provides a production route for a novel norbornane skeleton-containing (meth) acrylate, a (meth) acrylate having low viscosity and excellent curability, and a photosensitive resin composition containing the same. An epoxy compound (B) obtained by epoxidizing a cyclic olefin compound (A) having a vinyl group or an allyl group represented by formula (1) and an ethylenically unsaturated group-containing monocarboxylic acid compound (C) are provided. Reacted ethylenically unsaturated group-containing carboxylate compound (D).
