titleOfInvention Positive electrode for non-aqueous electrolyte secondary battery and method for producing the same
abstract To provide a method for producing a positive electrode for a non-aqueous electrolyte secondary battery excellent in conductivity with high productivity. The manufacturing method includes the following steps: a first kneading in which conductive carbon fine particles and a hydrophobic binder that gels upon contact with moisture are kneaded in N-methyl-2-pyrrolidone (NMP). Step (S10); a positive active material and a predetermined amount of water are added to the first kneaded product obtained in the first kneading step, and further kneaded. Second kneading step (S20); obtained in the second kneading step A step (S30) of forming a positive electrode active material layer on a surface of the positive electrode current collector by applying the obtained second kneaded material on the positive electrode current collector. In the first kneading step (S10), the mass ratio of moisture to the mass of NMP is set to 0.002 or less, while in the second kneading step (S20), 0.0022 or more to the mass of NMP. Water with a mass ratio of 0.0115 or less is added. [Selection] Figure 1
