abstract |
When a cell culture substrate can be produced at low cost and a pattern is provided on the surface of the cell culture substrate, patterns of various shapes can be easily formed, and the cytotoxicity is low and the cells are improved. A photosensitive resin composition for forming a cell culture substrate capable of forming a cell culture substrate capable of being cultured, a cell culture substrate formed using the photosensitive resin composition, and the photosensitive resin composition are used. A method for producing a cell culture substrate is provided. A photopolymerizable monomer containing at least 10% by mass of a trifunctional or higher polyfunctional monomer with respect to the mass of the photopolymerizable monomer, and a photopolymerization initiator in an amount of 0.5 to 5. A photosensitive resin composition for cell culture substrate formation containing 0% by mass. A method for producing a cell culture substrate, comprising: a coating step of coating the photosensitive resin composition on a substrate to form a coating film; and an exposure step of exposing and curing the coating film. Furthermore, the manufacturing method of the said cell culture substratum including the plasma processing process of irradiating a plasma with respect to the said exposed coating film.
