abstract | To suppress a decrease in communication efficiency of the entire system. A connection control system includes a relay device that communicates with a communication device, and a control server that controls connection between the relay device and the communication device. A management frame transmission unit that transmits to the control server; and a connection control unit that controls connection with the communication device in response to a response instruction to the management frame transmitted from the control server. The control server receives the management frame. A determination unit that determines a relay device to which the communication device belongs based on a radio wave condition of the relay device that exists in the vicinity of the communication device that is the transmission source of the management frame, and for the determined relay device A communication unit that transmits a control signal including a response instruction to the management frame.
