titleOfInvention | Low temperature storage stable polyisocyanate composition and method for producing the composition |
abstract | To provide a polyisocyanate composition containing a carbodiimide group and a uretonimine group, which has greatly improved storage stability at low temperatures and has a low color number, and a method for producing the same. (1) A carbodiimidization catalyst (B), a light stabilizer (C) and an antioxidant (D) are added to MDI (A) having a large amount of so-called isomers and heated, and the NCO group is converted to carbodiimide. The present invention relates to a polyisocyanate composition having a low color number and excellent low-temperature storage stability, characterized by being converted to uretonimine, and a method for producing the same.
