titleOfInvention | Infiltration matrix made of polymer blends |
abstract | Provided is a porous matrix made of a bio-acceptable polymer that is useful as a template for cell infiltration in cell transplantation and the like. A porous infiltration matrix mainly consisting of a mixture of polymers that are rapidly absorbed at different rates. Each polymer differs in at least 5 times the nominal absorption rate of the two mixture components that occupy at least 10% of the mixture, the nominal absorption time of the slower absorbing polymer exceeds 20 months and the faster absorbing polymer A porous infiltration matrix with a nominal absorption time of more than 2 months and an infiltration rate of cells infiltrated exceeding 80%. Preferably, the mixture component is poly ((α-hydroxy) carboxylic acid), more preferably PLA and PLGA. [Selection figure] None |
