An object of the present invention is to provide a testosterone production promoter that promotes the production of testosterone, which decreases with aging, using a pathway in the body. A testosterone production promoter comprising at least one selected from the group consisting of propenylcysteine or glutamyl-propenylcysteine, preferably, the propenylcysteine and glutamyl-propenylcysteine are belonging to the genus Allium.
