The present invention provides a novel composite having better conductivity and adhesion between a base material and a forming portion and a method for producing the same. In the composite 120, for example, a laminate in which an inorganic raw material powder including a compound powder and a metal powder is disposed on a base material 122 is fired in an oxidizing atmosphere, and the perovskite oxide and the perovskite oxide are different. It is good also as what was manufactured with the manufacturing method including the formation process which forms the formation part 130 which consists of a composite phase containing a metal oxide and was formed on the base material.
