abstract An object of the present invention is to provide a qualitative real-time PCR test method that can easily and efficiently perform positive / negative determination for food allergens in foods and drinks. Real-time PCR is performed on a DNA sample extracted from a food sample and a food allergen DNA having a preset copy number as a positive control using a primer set for food allergen detection.
