A dibutyl phosphate measurement method for measuring dibutyl phosphate in a liquid to be inspected, comprising steps S12 and S14 for analyzing the liquid to be inspected and detecting the presence or absence of an interfering substance, and a disturbing substance. If not, step S16 for measuring dibutyl phosphate by performing analysis by liquid chromatography using the first reagent as an ion-pair reagent, and liquid chromatography using a second reagent as an ion-pair reagent if an interfering substance is contained.
