titleOfInvention | Method for producing rubber composition |
abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a rubber composition in which an organized clay having a specific quaternary organic ammonium ion introduced between layers is blended with a vulcanizable rubber. SOLUTION: A vulcanizable rubber (A), a layered clay mineral (B) in which a quaternary ammonium composed of the general formula (R1R2N + (XH) 2) is inserted, and a rubber reinforcing material (C) using an organic solvent. And a method of producing a rubber composition, wherein R1 and R2 are at least one selected from the group consisting of hydrogen, methyl, ethyl, propyl, butyl, or pentyl groups. Any one of functional groups, N is an elemental nitrogen, and HX is a hydrocarbon compound having 20 to 10 carbon atoms and having a terminal hydrogenated. [Selection figure] None |
