abstract Provided is a base film for a transparent conductive film for a touch panel, in which the visibility of the transparent conductive film is good, the haze value is small, and the slipperiness is good. A base film of a transparent conductive film for a touch panel having a resin layer (A) as an outermost layer on at least one surface of a base film, wherein the base film has a haze value of 0.50% or less. The resin layer (A) has a refractive index of 1.55 or less, a thickness of less than 70 nm, and 0.5 to 20 mass of the following particles (a) with respect to 100 mass% of the total solid content of the resin layer (A). A base film for a transparent conductive film for a touch panel, comprising: [Particle (a)] Particles having a ratio (r1 / d1) of the average particle diameter (r1: nm) to the thickness (d1: nm) of the resin layer (A) of 0.7 to 1.8.
