titleOfInvention Method for producing fluororesin mixture and method for producing sheet-like fluororesin composite
abstract A method for producing a fluororesin mixture in which a filler is uniformly mixed with a fluororesin is more easily provided. A method for producing a fluororesin mixture according to the present invention comprises (I) mixing carbon-based filler particles containing at least one selected from carbon black and activated carbon and an aqueous dispersion medium, and mixing the resulting mixture. Stirring to the extent that at least some of the carbon-based filler particles are crushed to obtain an aqueous dispersion of the carbon-based filler particles; and (II) aqueous fluororesin particles containing polytetrafluoroethylene. The dispersion and the aqueous dispersion of the carbon-based filler particles obtained in the step (I) are mixed, and the fluorine-containing resin and the aqueous dispersion containing the carbon-based filler particles are mixed with the fluorine. A step of co-aggregating resin particles and the carbon-based filler particles; and (III) a step of separating the aggregate obtained in the step (II) from a liquid component and drying.
