titleOfInvention | Pressure transmission device |
abstract | The present invention provides a pressure transmission device that suppresses hydrogen that permeates into a sealing liquid from the outside and has high measurement accuracy stability. A pressure transmission device according to the present invention is connected to a pressure guiding path that transmits the pressure of a measurement fluid, and has a main body portion having a concave portion that forms a pressure chamber filled with a sealed liquid, and the concave portion is sealed for measurement. A pressure receiving diaphragm in which a hydrogen permeation suppressing material is provided on one surface on the pressure guiding path side to the outside of the range exposed to the measurement fluid is received. Then, the pressure receiving diaphragm and the main body were fixed with a hydrogen permeation suppressing material interposed therebetween. Specifically, the pressure-receiving diaphragm is configured such that a hydrogen permeation suppressing material is applied to the entire surface of the pressure guiding path, or the pressure-receiving diaphragm is attached to the main body portion by a ring-shaped fixing portion outside the range where the pressure-receiving diaphragm is exposed to the measurement fluid. It is fixed by screwing, welded to the main body at the end face of the outer periphery of the pressure receiving diaphragm, or explosively pressed to the main body outside the range exposed to the measurement fluid of the pressure receiving diaphragm.
