titleOfInvention | Polypropylene composite film and laminate using the same |
abstract | 【Task】 As a sealant for packaging bags or packaging bags, it has excellent heat sealability and low-temperature impact resistance, and can be used as non-powder because of its excellent blocking resistance, and it can be used suitably for retort applications because of its excellent resistance to skin. A composite film and a laminate using the same are provided. [Solution] A polypropylene-based composite film comprising a base material layer (A) and a seal layer (B), wherein the base material layer (A) is 45 to 84% by weight of a propylene / ethylene block copolymer (a1), a hydrogenated styrene system. It consists of 3 to 15% by weight of a thermoplastic elastomer (a2) and 10 to 40% by weight of a low-density polyethylene polymer (a3), and the sealing layer (B) is a propylene / ethylene block copolymer (b1) 55 to 85. The propylene / ethylene block copolymer (a1) comprises 5% by weight, 5 to 15% by weight of the propylene polymer (b2), and 10 to 30% by weight of a mixed resin (b3) of the propylene random copolymer resin and polyethylene. And (b1), the ratio of the 20 ° C. xylene insoluble part is 75 to 90% by weight, and the intrinsic viscosity ([η] H ) of the insoluble part is 1.8 to 2.2 dl / g. A polypropylene-based composite film characterized by having an intrinsic viscosity ([η] EP ) of the soluble part of 2.5 to 3.3 dl / g. [Selection figure] None |
