titleOfInvention Nonaqueous electrolyte secondary battery
abstract As a means for increasing the capacity of a nonaqueous electrolyte secondary battery, silicon oxide (SiOx, 0.5≰x <1.6) to which other elements are added is mixed with a graphite material and used as a negative electrode active material The present invention provides a non-aqueous electrolyte secondary battery having excellent cycle characteristics. A nonaqueous electrolyte secondary battery 10 of the present invention includes a positive electrode plate, a negative electrode plate, a separator, and a nonaqueous electrolyte. The negative electrode active material of the negative electrode plate includes a graphite material, SiOx ( 0.5% x <1.6) and a mixture ratio of the graphite material is 92% by mass or more and 99.5% by mass or less based on the total amount of the negative electrode active material. Silicon contains at least one element selected from Mn, V, Ti, Al and B in the range of 10 ppm to 100 ppm. [Selection] Figure 1
