titleOfInvention Method and apparatus for producing low-degradable fibrin gel membrane for regenerative treatment
abstract The present invention provides a method and an apparatus capable of easily producing a low-degradable and membrane-like fibrin gel. The production method of the present invention includes a preliminary removal step S1 for removing a part of growth factors and platelets in a fibrin gel, a heating step S2 for applying heat to the fibrin gel, and a rolling step for rolling the fibrin gel. S3. The heating step S2 and the rolling step S3 are performed simultaneously. In the heating step S2, the fibrin gel is rolled to a uniform thickness while heating for 1 to 10 seconds using at least a pair of heat conductive members 2a and 2b maintained at a temperature of 80 to 100 ° C. It is preferable that the heat conductive members 2a and 2b are made of metal members. [Selection] Figure 1
