abstract | The present invention provides methods, reagents and kits for amplifying polynucleotide sequences of interest in a multiplex fashion. The present invention provides methods, reagents and kits for performing various assays suitable for analyzing polynucleotides or samples. The various assays include amplification steps that are performed in a multiplex fashion. Also provided are methods for analyzing and improving the efficiency of amplification and methods for performing gene expression analysis.
