The measurement of glycated hemoglobin is completed in a short time. [MEANS FOR SOLVING PROBLEMS] (1) A step of quantifying hemoglobin in a test solution and an endogenous glycated amino acid, (2) A step of preliminarily eliminating a glycated peptide by acting fructosyl amino acid oxidase under a specific condition, and (3) A method for measuring glycated hemoglobin, wherein a step of quantifying glycated hemoglobin by causing a protease to act under specific conditions is performed in the same reaction tank.
