titleOfInvention | Composition for producing porous zinc oxide thin film and composition for producing porous doped zinc oxide thin film |
abstract | A composition for producing a porous zinc oxide thin film and a composition for producing a zinc oxide thin film doped with a porous group 3B element are provided. Water is added to a solution in which an organic zinc compound represented by the general formula (1) is dissolved in an organic solvent so that the molar ratio of the organic zinc compound to the organic zinc compound is 0.05 or more and less than 0.9. A composition for producing a porous zinc oxide thin film, comprising a partially hydrolyzed product obtained by partially hydrolyzing the organozinc compound and a halogen-containing organic compound. R1-Zn-R1 (1) (wherein R1 is a linear or branched alkyl group having 1 to 7 carbon atoms) The above composition further contains a group 3B element compound or a (partial) hydrolyzate thereof. A composition for producing a zinc oxide thin film doped with a porous group 3B element. [Selection figure] None |
