titleOfInvention | Aluminum electrolytic capacitor |
abstract | An aluminum electrolytic capacitor excellent in vibration resistance, particularly for in-vehicle use is obtained. In an aluminum electrolytic capacitor in which a capacitor element 20 in which electrode foils on an anode side and a cathode side are wound through a separator is housed in a metal case 10, a length of one circumference is provided on the outer peripheral portion of the capacitor element 20. In addition to providing the idle winding portion 220 around which only the separator is wound, the protruding portion 230 of the separator is provided at both ends in the axial direction, and the corner portion of the empty winding portion 220 is held at the corner of the bottom inner surface of the metal case 10. One element holding part 110 is formed, and the height in the axial direction of the capacitor element 20 is H1, and the outer peripheral surface of the metal case 10 is at a height position between H1 / 2 and H1 from the inner surface of the bottom of the metal case 10. A lateral aperture groove 121 is formed as the second element pressing portion 120 that holds the periphery of the idle winding portion 220. [Selection] Figure 4 |
