abstract Disclosed is a transparent conductive composite oxide fine powder which has excellent conductivity and dispersibility, and can provide excellent transparency, ultraviolet shielding and infrared shielding when blended in a transparent resin film. SOLUTION: The surface of rod-shaped rutile type titanium oxide particles having a major axis diameter of 0.05 μm or more and 0.15 μm or less, a minor axis diameter of 0.01 μm or more and less than 0.03 μm, and an axial ratio of 5 or more is applied by a wet method. In addition, tin oxide doped with 10 to 25% by weight of Sb as antimony with respect to SnO 2 is coated at 1 to 2% by weight / m 2 per specific surface area of the substrate, and the firing temperature is 400 to 700 in an oxidizing atmosphere.
