A B stock solution passage 25 for supplying the B stock solution is provided, and the A stock solution supply pipe 7 and the B stock solution supply pipe 8 can be connected to the A stock solution passage 24 and the B stock solution passage 25, respectively. A bypass passage 41 is provided for communicating the A stock solution passage 24 and the waste solution passage 28, and when the A stock solution passage 24 and the B stock solution passage 25 are washed, the cleaning solution supplied from the A stock solution supply pipe 7 is used as the A solution. From the stock solution passage 24, the waste solution passage 28 is discharged through the bypass passage 41.
