abstract An object of the present invention is to maintain a click feeling equivalent to that of a single dome-shaped movable contact piece, and to prevent poor contact and poor click feeling due to sticking of an adhesive from a slit of the dome-shaped movable contact piece. A sheet with a dome-shaped movable contact piece 10 includes a first fixed sheet 12 that fixes an LS dome-shaped movable contact piece 1 on a substrate 19 by an adhesive layer 14 and covers a convex surface thereof, and an LS dome-shaped movable contact piece. The second fixing sheet 13 has a second fixing sheet 13 fixed to the first fixing sheet 12 by the adhesive 15 outside the range where the piece 1 and the first fixing sheet 12 overlap. There is an embossed portion 16 projecting in the convex direction of the LS dome-shaped movable contact piece 1 at a position corresponding to the central portion 4 of the LS dome-shaped movable contact piece 1, and the LS of the first fixed sheet 12 is located in the embossed portion 16. A protrusion 17 that is in contact with the central portion 4 of the LS dome-shaped movable contact piece 1 is fixed through a through hole 18 formed at a position corresponding to the central portion 4 of the dome-shaped movable contact piece 1.
