abstract To provide a medical information processing apparatus and a medical information processing program capable of easily creating a format of a medical document. A medical information processing apparatus according to an embodiment includes a storage unit, an extraction unit, and a generation unit. The storage unit stores electronic data of each of the plurality of medical documents. The extraction unit compares the electronic data stored in the storage unit and extracts an item having a predetermined commonality in the plurality of medical documents and the position of the item.
