abstract | To provide a medical information processing apparatus and a medical information processing program capable of easily creating a format of a medical document. A medical information processing apparatus according to an embodiment includes a storage unit, an extraction unit, and a generation unit. The extraction unit compares the electronic data stored in the storage unit and extracts an item having a predetermined commonality in the plurality of medical documents and the position of the item.
