abstract | An object of the present invention is to provide a method for producing a fine foam molded article having fine and uniform foam cells, light weight and high impact strength, and a fine foam molded article. The method for producing a micro-foamed molded article of the present invention comprises (1) an island phase containing a resin (A) forming a sea phase containing polycarbonate and at least one selected from polyester, polyolefin and polyamide. A step of preparing a sea-island structure resin composition by kneading the resin (B) to be formed; and (2) a resin (A) for melting and kneading the resin composition in an injection molding machine to form the sea phase. ) In which the resin (B) forming the island phase is dispersed as a particulate matter having a number average particle size of 10 μm or less, and (3) a step of injecting a supercritical gas into the molten resin composition ( 4) The resin composition into which the supercritical gas has been injected is injection-molded to form a fine foam cell inside the island phase in the molded body.
