abstract An object of the present invention is to suppress poor cleaning of a member to be cleaned. A cleaning member 120 is a shaft 122 and a portion having an outer radius b protruding from the entire side surface of the shaft 122 when the shaft 122 is viewed from the axial direction, and is inclined to the shaft 122 when viewed from the radial direction of the shaft 122. A first protrusion 126 having a plurality of parts arranged apart from each other in the axial direction, and a part of the first protrusion 126 in the circumferential direction of the first protrusion 126 in the axial direction along the axial direction. A second projecting portion 128 having a maximum distance a from the axis OA of the shaft 122, and a portion 130 of the first projecting portion 126 where the second projecting portion 128 is not provided is exposed.
