[PROBLEMS] To further improve convenience and improve the visibility and anti-glare property, the contrast and the visibility of the screen of a personal computer when a wearer looks far away outdoors or indoors. An eyeglass lens suitable for the eyes of the elderly can be provided, which can reduce the sense of incongruity due to improvement and color taste. A lens base material and a first dyeing portion and a second dyeing portion in which the lens base material is dyed with different colors are provided, and the first dyeing portion is at least far from the wearer of the lens base material. The second dyeing portion is formed in the distance portion when viewing the lens, and has a function of dimming or blocking the light in the first wavelength region.
